30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order is delivered.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your fragrance, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The bottle must not be excessively used
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
We understand fragrance is personal, so lightly tested items are absolutely okay.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the item if applicable
Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll help arrange a replacement if eligible.
